How long is the rental?

Our standard rental is two weeks which is usually enough time for most moves. Need extra time? We can extend your rental an additional week—just let us know.
Where do you deliver?

We currently serve Orlando, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Winter Garden, Ocoee, The Villages, Mount Dora, Kissimmee, and surrounding communities.
Do I need tape?

No. Our reusable totes have attachable lids, so there's no tape, no broken-down boxes, and no assembly required.
Are the totes clean?

Yes. Every tote is cleaned and sanitized before each rental.
How many totes do I need?

Not sure? We'll help you choose the right package based on the size of your move. A Studio apartment or dorm is typically 10 totes; 1-2 bedroom apartment is 20-30 totes; 3-4 bedroom house is 40 totes and a 5+ bedroom house or larger home is approximately 60 totes.
What if I need more totes?

No problem. If inventory is available, we can deliver additional totes during your rental.
Do I have to return the totes?

No. We'll schedule a pickup after you've unpacked and take care of the rest.
What if a tote is damaged or lost?

Normal wear is expected. Charges will apply for missing or intentionally damaged totes. Please review the rental agreement upon booking.
